For Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Partners
Turn transportation requirements into profitable Business Central projects — without custom development, external TMS handoffs, or moving customers outside Business Central.
You already implement Business Central for distributors, manufacturers, retailers, freight forwarders, brokers, 3PL companies, and other operations-heavy customers.
Sooner or later, many of these customers need more than standard sales, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse flows. They need delivery planning, truck load management, driver and vehicle assignment, route planning, carrier execution, freight cost allocation, settlement, customer invoicing, or margin control.
Extensions Lab helps you keep that transportation scope inside Business Central.
You keep the customer relationship, implementation services, and consulting revenue. We provide the Business Central-native TMS apps, demo environment, partner materials, implementation guidance, AppSource listings, documentation, and second-line product support.
Why Business Central partners work with us
Win transportation scope inside BC projects
Help customers solve logistics and transportation requirements without sending them to a standalone external TMS.
Avoid risky custom development
Use ready-made Business Central-native TMS functionality instead of building complex logistics workflows from scratch.
Serve two customer types
Support both shippers and logistics service providers with dedicated TMS editions.
Keep the customer relationship
You remain the customer’s trusted Business Central partner. We support you with product expertise and second-line support.
Create new revenue opportunities
Earn through referral, implementation services, resale, strategic partnership, co-selling, or co-marketing.
Your customer relationship stays yours
We work with Business Central partners, not around them. You remain the customer’s ERP advisor and implementation partner. Extensions Lab provides product expertise, demo assets, documentation, implementation enablement, and second-line support.

Reseller / Strategic Partner
You actively sell and implement Extensions Lab TMS apps in your region, vertical, or customer base.

CSP Resale Program
Earn a 40% partner margin on TMS licenses sold through Microsoft CSP
For qualified Microsoft CSP partners, Extensions Lab can enable a 40% CSP private-offer margin on Shipper TMS and TMS for Logistics Service Providers licenses.
This lets Business Central partners resell Extensions Lab TMS licenses through the Microsoft CSP motion while keeping the customer relationship, commercial ownership, billing conversation, and implementation services.
Your customer can buy Business Central and TMS as part of one Microsoft ecosystem sales motion. You continue to own the ERP relationship. We provide the Business Central-native TMS apps, AppSource listings, partner enablement, documentation, and second-line product support.
How it works
-
You qualify as a CSP partner
The program is available for eligible CSP Direct Bill partners and Indirect Providers. If you are an Indirect Reseller, we can discuss the route through your Indirect Provider. -
Extensions Lab creates a CSP private offer
We configure a private offer for your CSP tenant in Microsoft Partner Center with a 40% margin on eligible TMS plans. -
You see the margin in Partner Center
Once the private offer is live, your team can view the available margin in Partner Center and purchase the TMS subscription on behalf of the customer. -
You invoice the customer
You define the final customer pricing and billing model outside Microsoft Marketplace, as part of your own CSP and implementation relationship. -
Licenses are managed in the Microsoft ecosystem
After purchase, TMS licenses can be managed and assigned through the Microsoft 365 admin center, and the app can be installed into Business Central.
Why partners like this model
-
40% partner margin on TMS license subscriptions
-
Recurring software revenue, not only implementation services
-
One commercial motion around Business Central and TMS
-
No custom licensing workaround
-
Customer stays in the Microsoft ecosystem
-
Partner keeps the billing and customer relationship
-
Extensions Lab supports product enablement and second-line support
CSP Resale FAQ
Who can receive the 40% CSP private-offer margin?
The margin can be extended to eligible CSP Direct Bill partners or Indirect Providers. If you are an Indirect Reseller, the transaction normally needs to go through your Indirect Provider.
Does the end customer see the 40% margin?
No. The CSP private-offer margin is intended for the CSP partner, not the end customer. The partner manages final customer pricing and billing outside Microsoft Marketplace.
Can the partner set its own customer price?
Yes. The CSP partner owns the customer pricing and billing relationship. You can package TMS licenses together with Business Central subscriptions, implementation services, support, and managed services.
How are licenses assigned?
After purchase, the customer admin or delegated admin partner can manage and assign licenses in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Users can then access the licensed app in Business Central.
Is this only for Shipper TMS?
No. The CSP resale model can apply to both Shipper TMS and TMS for Logistics Service Providers, depending on the private offer and eligible plans.
What do you need from us to enable it?
We need your CSP tenant information, target customer scenario, product track, and confirmation of whether you are a Direct Bill partner, Indirect Provider, or Indirect Reseller working through a provider.
